For those who embrace their natural texture, a Curly Cut is perfect for you.
The cutting techniques used in a Curly Cut appointment are different for each person - some will be cut curl by curl, some will be cut in a stretched state whilst dry, other cuts may be done on wet hair.
This service includes a thorough consultation, a bespoke cut, wash and deep condition, styling and diffuse dry.
During an appointment, you’ll also receive a mini coaching session to help you care for yours or your child’s texture at home.
If you aren’t ready for a cut just yet, the Wash + Diffuse service is the one for you!

For those who have naturally straight hair, or prefer to wear their hair straight, a Cut, Wash + Blow-Dry is perfect for you.
You’ll receive a consultation, wash and condition, a haircut using traditional techniques, blow dry and the use of heat tools if required.

If your hair has any sort of texture to it, isn’t naturally straight and you mostly opt to wear your hair natural, you’ll be able to book a Curly Cut.
Curly Cuts can be tailored to suit wearing your hair straight or curly, but this depends on the hair type and texture.

There’s no expectation for clients to arrive to their appointment with freshly washed hair - you’re welcome to attend as you are.
Ideally, I’d like to see your natural hair, but a photograph will work too.
Have a list of products that you use ready, as we’ll discuss current haircare routines during an appointment.
This is to see what your personal preferences are, and to see what would work best for your hair type.

As of February 2024, colour services are unfortunately no longer offered in the salon. This decision was made to focus on cuts and styling, and to avoid using harsh and toxic chemicals in the salon.
This decision may change in future, but for now it will remain the same.

Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This will be taken upon booking via the online booking system.
Bookings are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% (including the deposit), which is applicable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking.
Bookings are also subject to a no-show charge of 100% (including the deposit).
Charges will need to be paid in full before making a new booking.
If you don’t wish to pay the charge, no future appointments will be offered and the deposit will be deducted.

However you’d like to pay the remaining balance, is completely up to you. Multiple payment methods can be used at once if needed.

Unfortunately there is no waiting list or cancellation list - appointments are made on a first come first served basis.
New clients can book online up to 3 months in advance, whereas existing clients can book further in advance during an appointment, or via message. This is to ensure fairness and availability for existing customers.
Cancellations and rescheduled appointments occasionally become available, which will show up on the booking system.
It is recommended that you book the next available slot you can attend, then periodically check the booking system to see if there’s a sooner date you can reschedule your appointment to.
